Global Entry Mobile 1.3.0

The Global Entry mobile application is a convenient tool for active Global Entry members to report their arrival at supported airports. It provides an alternative to the stationary Global Entry portal by allowing users to complete the arrival process directly on their mobile devices. To use this app, it is necessary to be an active member in the Global Entry program.

To get started, simply select your arrival airport from the list of supported airports. You will then be prompted to submit a photo of yourself to CBP for verification. It is important to complete this process while you are physically present in your arrival terminal. Once you have successfully submitted your photo, you will receive a receipt that must be presented to a Global Entry officer upon arrival. Additionally, be prepared to provide any required travel documentation upon request. In the event that you are unable to obtain a receipt using the mobile app, you can proceed to an existing Global Entry Portal and follow the standard process.

In addition to facilitating the arrival reporting process, the Global Entry mobile application allows existing members to conveniently store their CBP Pass ID and select their preferred Class of Admission for all Global Entry services.

Please note that this mobile application is exclusively available for use by enrolled Global Entry members. It does not provide an option for enrollment in the Global Entry program. If you are not currently enrolled, you must either follow the regular entry process or consider using the free CBP Mobile Passport Control app.
